These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ruavogym.com and purchases made through our online store. “RUAVO GYM”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RUAVO GYM. “You” refers to the person using the website or buying from us.

1. Who we are

RUAVO GYM is an online-only shop for training wear and fitness accessories, operated by Igor de Almeida Moura, a sole trader registered in Brazil (CNPJ 60.316.125/0001-57), from Salvador, Brazil, and sells to customers in the United Kingdom. We do not make our products: we select them from third-party manufacturers, and orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners from outside the UK. We do not have a physical shop, showroom or collection point.

Our store runs on Shopify. Purchases are made directly with RUAVO GYM, not with Shopify.

2. Using our website

You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. Information you give us at checkout or when creating an account must be accurate and complete, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You must not use the website fraudulently or in a way that harms its security or operation.

3. Our products

We describe products as accurately as we can, using the information our manufacturers provide. Where a manufacturer does not supply a detail (for example exact fabric percentages or a full size chart), we say so on the product page. Colours may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.

Goods sold to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Availability and orders

All products are subject to availability; adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot supply an item after you have ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total you pay, including delivery and any other charges we can calculate in advance, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's checkout and our payment providers (including PayPal and Stripe). We will never ask for your card details or passwords by email or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and standard tracked delivery to the UK takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more and costs £2.99 on orders under £30. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

7. Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change it, but your cancellation and return rights still apply.

8. Returns and your right to cancel

You can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period on eligible items. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how it works.

9. Faulty or misdescribed products

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may have their own conditions (such as dates or minimum spend), which we will show with the offer.

11. Intellectual property

The RUAVO GYM name, logo and our original written content belong to RUAVO GYM. Some product photographs are supplied by our manufacturers and are used with their permission. Please do not copy or reuse website content without permission.

12. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We do not require positive reviews and we do not publish incentivised reviews without saying so.

13. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Errors on the website

If a genuine pricing or description error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before going ahead and handle it in line with UK consumer law.

15. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for goods that do not meet legal requirements, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. If we break these Terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss you suffer as a result.

16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events genuinely outside our control, but we will tell you and take reasonable steps to limit the impact. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

18. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
